Offering Water to the Sun
According to Lal Kitab Astrology, offering water to the Sun during sunrise can have profound positive effects. Fill a copper vessel with clean water and add a pinch of red vermilion (sindoor). Stand facing the Sun and offer this water while reciting a prayer or mantra. This remedy is believed to strengthen the Sun in the horoscope, bringing clarity, confidence, and success in various endeavours.

Donating Jaggery and Gram
In Lal Kitab Predictions and remedies suggest that donating jaggery (gur) and grams (chana) to the needy or in a temple on Sundays can pacify the malefic influences of the Sun. This remedy is thought to promote harmony, reduce obstacles, and improve relationships. It is particularly beneficial for individuals facing challenges in their professional or personal lives.

Burying Silver in the House
To neutralize the negative impact of malefic planets, especially Saturn, Lal Kitab Remedies recommends burying a small piece of silver in the ground in the northeast direction of the house. This remedy is believed to enhance financial stability, bring peace, and alleviate Saturn-related issues.

Feeding Birds
Lal Kitab emphasizes the significance of feeding birds, especially crows, to mitigate the adverse effects of certain planetary positions. Offer food items like grains or bread to birds on the rooftop or in an open space. This Lal Kitab Remedy is believed to balance energies, enhance family harmony, and bring positive changes.

Wearing a Silver Ring

The Planet of Fortune and Luck in Lal Kitab – आपकी किस्मत का ग्रह

We all have been introduced to the concept of luck, fortune, or what we call Kismat (किस्मत) in Hindi. Astrology and especially Lal Kitab has a concept of Kismat ka Grah (किस्मत का ग्रह) or a planet of fortune or luck. Today we are going to explore this planet, what it is and how we find it in our horoscopes. We will also talk about some things related to your planet of luck and fortune that you should follow to get the best results.
As suggested by the term, it is one of the nine planets considered in the Indian or Vedic Astrological system which is linked to your life. It is the planet which tells you about the things you should do, how you should build your behaviour, what habits to follow and much more about which we will talk further in the blog.
Let’s start by understanding about what is the significance of this planet of fortune and luck in our life.

What is Planet of Luck and Fortune?
If we talk about the planet of fortune and luck, it provides smoothness, progress, and happiness in our lives. In Lal Kitab, the luck and fortune of a person could be known with the placement of this planet in kundali. If we analyse the horoscopes of successful people, we will get to know that their planet of fortune and luck is very strong and is present in a very good place.
The planet of luck and fortune is present in every person’s horoscope and there is not a single person that would not have it in their kundali. Even if we analyse the horoscope of a poor person who is unable to get 3 meals a day, there will be a planet of fortune will be present in it. Now the argument arises that if there is such a planet in their horoscope, why are they so poor? It may be because the placement of the planet is very weak or it is under the influences of negative planets in the horoscope.
According to astrology, fortune (किस्मत) is nothing but the benefits of your good deeds (पुण्य कर्म) that you performed in your previous lives. This can be seen in some cases where people do not put in much work but gain huge benefits or good results in every way. This is because their planet of luck and fortune is strong and provides very good results to them.

How to Find Your Plant of Luck and Fortune?
We have discussed what exactly a planet of luck and fortune is, but how does one find it in a horoscope? There are simple steps mentioned in the Lal Kitab on how to find your planet of luck and fortune. We are mentioning all the steps involved in the whole process but some things should be kept in mind.
When we are following the steps to find the planet related to our luck, stop as soon as any planet satisfies the requirements. For example, if the Sun is present in the 1st house in the kundali (Step 1), then there is no need to go to the second step. In this case, your planet of luck and fortune will be Sun. There may be some cases in which you may find multiple planets fulfilling the criteria in the same step. In such cases, one should follow the priority list given in the Lal Kitab. According to this list, Jupiter (Brihaspati/Guru) gets the priority followed by Sun (Surya), Moon (Chandrama), and so on. The complete is as follows:
Jupiter > Sun > Moon > Venus > Mars > Mercury > Saturn > Rahu > Ketu
(बृहस्पति > सूर्य > चन्द्रमा > शुक्र > मंगल > बुध > शनि > राहु > केतु)
Now let’s get to the steps one needs to follow to find the planet of luck and fortune in the horoscope of a person.

Step 1: First of all, check the centre houses of a kundali i.e. 1st, 4th, 7th, and 10th house. If the Sun is present in the 1st house, Jupiter in the 4th house, Saturn in the 7th house, or Mars in the 10th house. This means we need to find the exalted planet in the centre houses. If any one of these criteria is fulfilled, then that planet will be the planet of fortune and luck.

Step 2: If no planets are fulfilling the criteria in the first step, then we need to check if the Moon is present in the 2nd house, Mercury in the 6th house, or Venus in the 12th house. If any criteria from the above are fulfilled, then it will be the planet of luck and fortune.

Step 3: After checking the horoscope according to the first two steps and none of the criteria are fulfilled, then check the following. If Mars is in the 1st house, Venus in the 2nd house, Mercury in the 3rd house, Moon in the 4th house, Sun in the 5th house, , Venus in the 7th house, Ketu or Jupiter in the 9th house, Saturn in the 10th or 11th house, or Jupiter in 12th house. Most of the horoscopes will fulfil any one of the above situations and if more than one condition is fulfilled, then use the priority list given above to decide which one is the planet of Luck and Fortune.

Step 4: Even if after checking according to step 3, there are no planets that fulfil the conditions, check if there are any planets placed in the 9th house. It will be your planet of Luck and Fortune.

Step 5: If there are no planets in the 9th house, check the 3rd house if there are any planets placed there. It will be your Kismat ka Planet.

Step 6: If there are no planets in the 3rd house, check the 11th house if there are any planets in that house. It will be your planet of luck and fortune.

Step 7: If there are no planets in the 11th house, check the 5th house if there are any planets present there. It will be your Kismat ka Grah.

Step 8: If there are no planets in the 5th house, check the 2nd house if there are any planets placed there. It will be your planet of luck and fortune.

Step 9: If there are no planets in the 2nd house, check the 6th house if there are any planets placed there. It will be your Kismat ka Planet.

Step 10: If there are no planets in the 6th house, check the 12th house if there are any planets placed there. It will be your planet of luck and fortune.

Step 11: If there are no planets in the 12th house, check the 8th house if there are any planets placed there. It will be your Kismat ka Grah.

After following all the steps, it is guaranteed that at least one condition will be fulfilled and you will find the Planet of Luck and Fortune.

What You Need to Do After Finding Your Planet of Luck and Fortune?
After you successfully find your planet of fortune by analysing your birth chart, a question arises in front of us. How do we reap the most benefits and results from this planet? The answer is simple, if your fortune planet is strong and is ready to provide good results, you should do everything in your life according to it. Based on the planet of fortune in your kundali, you can do things related to it like businesses, jobs, etc. You should also pray to that planet and keep it happy and strong as much as possible. Perform mantra chanting related to that planet and do everything in your ability to keep it strong because it will provide you amazing results in life.
In addition to this, you can follow a diet that is favoured by the planet, and follow habitual behaviour according to that planet. Follow all the aspects of that planet and you will surely see positive results in your life. For example, if your planet of luck and fortune is Sun (Surya), then you should follow a diet that has low salt and try to keep a fast on Sundays if possible. Even if you are not able to keep a fast, do not eat salt on Sundays. Your behaviour should be like a king, not someone who rules over others but who is always ready to help others in life in whatever way possible. A king is someone who follows a promise even if it is made in dreams. Build such traits in yourself and you will see that Sun will provide you amazing results.

Conclusion
To conclude, we can say that the Planet of Luck and Fortune is always ready to help you. It is very important to keep it strong and positive so that you can reap the best results in life. By following the given steps, you can easily determine which planet is your kismat ka grah. After you find it, you should follow everything related to it like doing business and jobs related to that planet, following its behavioural traits. Do mantra chanting related to that planet, pray to it and try to get its blessing as much as possible.

The Concept of Drishti in Lal Kitab – लाल किताब में ग्रहों की दृष्टि

In the ancient science of astrology, we hear about many concepts and rules that affect our lives in various ways. The two most famous systems of astrology, the Vedic Astrological System and the Lal Kitab Astrological System have many things in common like the concept of Drishti. Although the name of the concept is the same in both astrological systems the overall rules in both the systems are quite different.
In this blog, we are going to explore the concept of Drishti in Lal Kitab Astrology. We will also understand how it is different from the drishti/sight/aspect of planets in Vedic Astrology. We will explain the rules of Drishti/Sight according to the Red Book. Let’s delve into the fascinating world of Lal Kitab Predictions and Astrology.

Difference between Drishti in Vedic and Lal Kitab Astrology
While the name of the concept is the same in both the astrological systems, the rules and overall concept are entirely different. In Vedic Astrology, the drishti is attached to the planets meaning that each planet has a different sight using which they gaze upon different houses and planets. But in Lal Kitab, any of the planets in the cabinet of planets do not have their own sight or drishti. Instead, the houses are responsible for providing the power of drishti or sight to the planets positioned in them. For example, according to Lal Kitab Astrology, all planets that are positioned in the first house will watch the planets in the seventh house with complete drishti. Similarly, the planets in the fifth house watch the planets in the ninth house with half or 50% drishti.
According to Vedic Astrology, the planets in the first house have drishti on the planets in seventh house and at the same time the planet in the seventh house will also have drishti on the planet of the first house. However, this concept is not applicable in Lal Kitab. According to Lal Kitab Astrology, when the planet of the first house watches the planet of the seventh house, the planet in the seventh house does not watch planet placed in the first house. The same is applicable for the planets placed in the fourth house who watches the planets in the tenth house but the planet of the tenth house will not have its drishti on the planet in the fourth house.
Therefore, the only thing common between the concept of Drishti in Vedic and Lal Kitab is the name. The rules and overall concept are completely different.

The Rules of Drishti According to Lal Kitab
The rules of Drishti/sight/aspect according to Lal Kitab Astrology are simple but are completely different from the rules of Vedic Astrology. Here are the detailed rules for reading the drishti of planets in a horoscope.
Planets positioned in the first house have complete or 100% drishti on planets present in the seventh house.
Planets present in the fourth house have complete or 100% drishti on the planets present in the tenth house.
Planets positioned in the eighth house have 100% or complete drishti on planets present in the second house. It does not matter if the planet in the second house is its friend or enemy, it will ruin the results of the planet in the second house. For example, if Saturn is placed in the second house and Venus is placed in the eighth house, although both of these planets are friends, Venus will ruin the results of Saturn. It means that the results that should be granted by Saturn will not be positive.
Planet in the third house watches the ninth and eleventh house with 50% drishti. For example, if Saturn is in the third house then it will affect the planet in the ninth house with 50% intensity.
The planet positioned in the fifth house has half or 50% drishti on the planets present in the ninth house.
The planet present in the second house has a quarter or 25% drishti on the planet present in the sixth house.
The planet placed in the sixth house has a quarter or 25% drishti on the planet of the twelfth house.
If the Sun is watching Saturn then the results of Venus will also be affected negatively. For example, if the Sun is present in the first house and Saturn is present in the seventh house meaning the Sun is watching Saturn. In these types of cases, the Sun will ruin the results of Saturn as well as the results of Venus.
According to Lal Kitab Prediction and Astrology, if there is a planet in the horoscope that does not have the drishti of any planet on it, then it will be known as the sleeping planet (soya hua grah). Also, if in the horoscope, there is a house in which no planet is placed and there is no drishti of any planet on that house, then it will be known as the sleeping house (soya hua bhaav).

Conclusion
To conclude our astrological journey in the world of Lal Kitab and the concept of Drishti, we can say that it is very different from the concept in Vedic Astrology. So, let the stars be your guide as we embark on this transformative voyage together!

What is Lakshmi Yoga in Lal Kitab?
Astrology has always been a fascinating subject, and within its vast realm, we encounter various yogas that influence our lives in unique ways. One such powerful yoga is “Lakshmi Yoga” which holds the promise of prosperity and abundance. This yoga is a special combination of planets in astrology that brings good luck and prosperity to a person’s life. In simple terms, it’s like having a magical formula for abundance and success!

In Lal Kitab Astrology, to form this yoga, we look at the position of a planet called Venus in a person’s birth chart. Imagine the birth chart as a map of the sky at the time you were born. If Venus is placed in one of these four important houses – the 1st, 4th, 7th, or 10th house – then this Yoga is present. These houses represent different aspects of life, like your personality, home, relationships, and career.

But there’s another important thing to check: the “lord” of the house where Venus is sitting. The lord is like the boss of that house. If this boss planet is strong and happy, it adds even more power to Laxmi Yoga! When a person has this yoga in their birth chart, it’s like having a cosmic blessing. They might experience good fortune, wealth, and happiness. This yoga can bring success in studies, careers, and relationships. However, the impact of Lakshmi Yoga can vary based on other planets’ positions too.

Astrologers at places like Astropathshala study these patterns to help people understand if they have this lucky yoga in their charts. Knowing about these yogas can guide individuals to make the most of their strengths and attract positive energies into their lives, leading to a brighter and happier future.

Formation of Lakshmi Yoga in Your Horoscope
According to the Lal Kitab, when Venus, the planet of love, beauty, and wealth, is positioned in the 1st, 4th, 7th, or 10th house of an individual’s horoscope, then Lakshmi Yoga is formed. Additionally, this auspicious yoga comes into effect when the lord of the house occupied by Venus is in a strong and favourable position.
Let’s break it down in simpler terms:

  • Venus Placement: To have Laxmi Yoga, Venus must be situated in one of the four key houses – the 1st, 4th, 7th, or 10th house. These houses are significant because they represent various aspects of our lives, such as our personality (1st house), home and happiness (4th house), partnerships and relationships (7th house), and career and reputation (10th house).
  • Strong Lord: The next important factor is the strength and favourable position of the lord of the house in which Venus is placed. Each house in the horoscope has a ruling planet, and if that planet is well-placed and strong, it enhances the positive effects of Venus, magnifying the potential for the formation of Lakshmi Yoga.
Once Laxmi Yoga in Kundli is formed in an individual’s horoscope, it bestows its blessings, showering the person with good fortune, financial gains, and material comforts. People with this yoga are likely to experience prosperity, success in endeavours, and harmonious relationships. However, it’s essential to remember that the overall impact of Lakshmi Yoga may vary depending on the strength and aspects of other planets in the horoscope.

Effects of Lakshmi Yoga According to Lal Kitab
Lakshmi Yoga brings a shower of positive effects and good vibes into a person’s life. Think of it as a bundle of cosmic blessings that can make life more joyful and prosperous. This special yoga is formed when the planet Venus finds a cosy spot in certain houses of your birth chart, namely the 1st, 4th, 7th, or 10th house. These houses are like different rooms of your life, each with its own significance.
Now, imagine Venus as a magical magnet for good things – love, beauty, wealth, and harmony. According to Lal Kitab Astrology, when it is sitting in one of those houses, it is supercharged to bring more goodness your way. But that’s not all! The lord of that house needs to be in a strong position to really boost the effects of Laxmi Yoga.

So, what’s the reward for having this cosmic combo? Well, it’s like having your own genie granting wishes! Lakshmi Yoga in Astrology can bring in financial gains, success in career or studies, and harmony in relationships. It’s like the universe is teaming up with you to create a more abundant and fulfilling life.
However, remember that other planets also play their parts. If they’re in good positions, they can amplify the yoga’s effects even more. On the flip side, if the other planets are causing trouble, their negative vibes might try to overshadow the good ones.
In a nutshell, this yoga according to the Lal Kitab is like having a lucky charm in the cosmic game of life. It is a celestial recipe for success, happiness, and abundance, with Venus as the main ingredient, creating a delightful journey for you!

Conclusion
In conclusion, Lakshmi Yoga in Astrology is a celestial blessing that holds the key to unlocking prosperity and abundance in an individual’s life. By analysing the positions of Venus and its connection with the ruling planet, astrologers can identify the presence of this yoga in a horoscope and guide individuals towards a path of prosperity and well-being.
